Return Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, here's the procedure to follow:

1- Email us at sales@oceansnation.com specifying your name and order number. Please specify "EXCHANGE" or "RETURN" in the subject line of your email. Once we have confirmed the item/s can be returned we will let you know by email. 

For a size change, specify in your email the new size you want to replace.

2. Prepare your package. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging. A product worn, damaged or soiled will not be subject to any exchange or refund.

On the delivery slip that you will have received with your order, please circle the item to be returned and if it is a change in size, specify the size requested as a replacement. Put the delivery slip back inside the package. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

The package must be sent to the address that we will provide you in the email.

3- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us, may vary. We will send you an email to confirm we have received you returned item/s and once they are inspected and approved we will process the refund straight away. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@oceansnation.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, or if you need to exchange a size - send us an email at sales@oceansnation.com and we will provide you an address to send the item.
